Data controller
Noetic Leads is a sole proprietorship registered in Greece. Full business identification — registered name, address and VAT number — will be published here before any outreach campaign begins. Until then, this website carries no forms, no cookies and no tracking, and collects no personal data of any kind. Enquiries: sales@noeticleads.com
What we process
Business contact data only: name, job title, business email address, employer, and publicly available information about the company you work for. We do not process special categories of personal data, and we do not process consumer data.
Where we got it
We did not collect this data from you directly. It comes from publicly accessible company websites, public business directories and registers, and licensed B2B contact data providers.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
We process business contact data for direct B2B marketing, on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Our assessment: the contact is made to a person in a professional role, about a service relevant to that role's responsibilities, at low volume, from an identified sender, and it stops permanently on request. We consider this a use of the data that a person in that role would reasonably expect, and one that does not override their interests or rights. You can ask us for our reasoning in writing at any time.
How long we keep it
Business contact data for a company we have not made contact with is kept while it remains relevant to our clients' markets, and reviewed at least annually. Where someone has asked not to be contacted, we keep the minimum data needed to honour that request — normally an email address on a suppression list — indefinitely, because deleting it would allow the same person to be contacted again.
Who else sees it
We share data with categories of service providers acting on our instructions: an email delivery platform, contact data and enrichment providers, and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with our clients' other suppliers.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some of these providers are established in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with the supplementary measures required by those clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form.
You also have an absolute right under Article 21(2) GDPR to object to processing for direct marketing. If you object, we will stop immediately and permanently, and you do not have to give a reason.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no fonts, scripts or resources from third parties. Nothing about your visit is tracked or recorded by us.
